How We Bid
Project Bidding
At McElhaney Construction Inc, we take an in-depth approach to bidding, allowing us to optimize costs and add flexibility. This allows us to open the door for client input and modification for every project, big or small.
After a formal estimate is made, projects with a total trade and materials cost of $100,000 and over are subject to a minimum 15% fee. For projects under $100,000, the minimum overhead fee is 20%.
